Product Returns and Exchanges

1.All items from simpeak can be returned within 30 days upon receipt of delivery. Please refer to Amazon link for return (Refund Only)

2.Please contact our customer service team via [email protected] to obtain a RMA number for replacement. Please do have Amazon order ID when you contact us.

3.All returns after 30 days are not qualified for refund but can only be replaced unless specified.

4.We reserve rights to replace alternative similar product if the original commodity is out of stock.

5.Please fill out the RMA form and return it along with your delivery. Having a RMA form and indicating RMA number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning can help ensure that your returns will be processed quickly. Without RMA number may have your return refused.

6.Please attach the sample label on the package you are returning.

7.Once your goods are back to us, your replacement will be processed within 3 working days.

8.Notice: we only refund the shipping cost if the returned goods are defective. Please send the item back to us with a Second Class Signed For. No full refund of shipping cost will be granted with other shipping method.

Warranty Promise

Product Warranty Term
All new simpeak products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. You are eligible to return the product to us for repair if it proves defective under normal use and service during the warranty period. We are responsible for the shipping cost within 6 months. 6 months later within 12 months you shall bear the freight.

What isn’t covered
The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operation instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened. Please don’t try and fix anything yourself. simpeak does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products.
